Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused condition along with all packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please email shop@detlev.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order to start your return. 

If you decide to return an item(s) to SHOPDETLEV you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package.

Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no charge (US domestic customers only.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Items that are not in its original condition upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchange. You are responsibe for return shipping charges.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.
